Bailey Wiseman

I am a Licensed Clinical Profession Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist. Additionally, I am a trauma informed certified yoga instructor. My main area of focus is working with those who have experienced trauma in their lives. Having these licensures allows me to not only meet individuals on a mental level, but on a physical level as it is important to bring the body into treatment. Art Therapy is also a very effective tool for those individuals who are open to exploring their creative side. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative to invoke healing, I work to bring safety into treatment so we can explore heavy emotions together with a regulated nervous system and groundedness. I also strive to provide a space that is free of judgement and shame, where you can bring your full self into treatment.
